Has anyone tried using t he Internachi Checklist software for an inspection? I need something for my phone that I can transfer to my laptop or home computer. I am considering EZ Home Inspections of Quick Inspect but also so the Checklist. I just need something simple.
What you need is a Desktop Software with Mobile capabilities, or use it on a laptop directly in the field.
Home Inspector Pro and Home Gauge are the two leading choices IMO.

No, I haven’t.
I use 3D inspection software which has that capability.
Our checklist software was never meant to produce a report for a client. It’s used to train inspectors.

This inspection reporting checklist is not for clients. It’s for training. And it’s required by our college to become a Certified Professional Inspector CPI®.
We have the Wind Mitigation Inspection Software available to all members to use for their inspections for clients at InterNACHI® - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
That would definitely help them avoid Sticker Shock when they find the real deal(s).
