"just fine" and "drainage is moderate" are contradictory terms. "Drainage is moderate" indicates - to me - that there is a blockage in the system somewhere.

This is because the washer drains so much water so fast, that "moderate" drainage is inadequate.

You must have a blockage or other restriction in the sewer lines somewhere.

You may have a full tank or a clogged drain field. This happened in a house I inspected awhile back. They were doing the septic tank inspection the same day and when they pulled the lid, it was full to the top. Fortunately, they just had to pump out the tank.

I had an inspection yesterday where that happened. Homeowner was doing a load of clothes and during the drain cycle, I noticed suds backing up into the tub on the adjacent wall.

I guessed that the pluming was inadequate, but it could have been because of the amount of detergent used...she said she used alot to combat the "soft" water.
