Apparently they do them themselves.
They are about a 3 miles from me as the crow flies and they seem to focus on the Northern parts of The Villages and the surrounding areas outside of the Bubble.
I definitely have done some work in their turf. heh. I prefer to stay inside the bubble though just because the buildings are newer and typically well built, at least as well built as mass produced, cookie cutters homes can be.
I also seem to get most of my work in The deep south of the Villages because I know more realtors down that way, so I’m typically commuting 30 minutes to inspections.
Thanks for the idea, I’ll see if I can figure out who others are using. Maybe everyone but me worked in a bug murder van for 2 years.

It should be easy, lots of Pest Control Companies are happy to set wdo’s for the same time frame/range as your inspection. Look for smaller shops, or chat with other home inspectors in your service area for who they use.
