Training future inspectors. Meet Picasso, he just completed InterNACHI’s 120 hour North Carolina approved on-line training course and we’re working with him to complete the North Carolina field training requirements. We spent the day looking at several homes in different stages of construction. This is a great opportunity to see the bones of the home and details that are not readily visible or are concealed on existing homes.
