Excellent, let me know when you’re done with it. HIP has a franchise doing reports in French that we can direct to you!

What we need is a reporting system that will translate for us. That way I can do my report in English and it will translate it into French or Spanish or better yet Chinese.

Can’t. It’s a MASSIVE liability for the inspector and the software company. Translators are only about 90% accurate as is. With all the inspection related terms that number goes way down. It only takes one bad translation for both of us to get sued.

The programming part is actually not too complicated. It’s the lawsuits that scare everyone away from it.

Yeah I guess it would be a minefield. Too bad, lots of potential for sharing knowledge and experience with everyone regardless of language.
