I think they’re the shells of black soldier fly larvae.

Steven, that looks about right to me too, I’ll go with it. I’ve seen a lot of things in an enclosure, but the lizard food is a new one! Thank you all!

Looks like Carpet beetle casings.

They are too big for carpet beetles. Definitely unusual. I am wondering is some mouse or rat got electrocuted and fly larvae/maggots consumed the body.
