Great posts, everyone. Lots of good ideas, and languages to use here. This is what the message board is about. Professional responses, and no BS. I have found 5 houses out of my thousands of inspections that I have done that were even unsafe to enter. One had so many termites that the whole house, beams, flooring where all crumbling. Two full of mold. One, was just beyond its service life. The other, the foundation was so bad, the house had moved several inches and was unsafe to enter. Again, good job on this thread.
