There is a piece of metal at the bottom of each thermopane window frame throughout the home that are preventing the windows from shutting completely. Most of the window latches in the house were not locked for this reason (some did lock but put upward stress on the upper window pane). The metal pieces were lodged in place at the bottom center of the windows. Anyone have any idea what I’m looking at here?
