Just because TREC has you by the balls and dictates when you get to use them, doesn’t mean I’m not qualified to make my own decisions and follow through with them.

TREC is not the reason that electrical repair and unstopping toilets is not part of my reporting. It was just a suggestion. By all means, you can do whatever you like.
I didn’t post my comment to instigate a debate on what home inspection is or isn’t. You can perform any ancillary service(s) that you choose; just don’t tell your insurance carrier.
As this guy said, they looked tied together, if that’s the case, sub panel is not isolated.

Quite obviously, it is both. Those are two separate units of grammatical organization which stand very effectively on their own. They may be be performed simultaneously-if omission is considered an action.
