Gentlemen,

I wrote this up as "Masking Tape and Celophane Tape securing kitchen sink plumbing should be replaced with proper grade of duct tape".

Any other suggestions?

Respectfully,

Tony Suess

Should also include “replace current Saran Wrap pipe supports with proper grade extension cord to prevent future pipe separation”

How about a bungee cord instead of the saran wrap for a more professional installation ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

Anthony,

The presence of temporary handyman plumbing repairs is an undesirable condition which should be corrected by a licensed plumber. Plumbing repairs conducted by non-licensed handymen are often installed in a haphazard manner, with an increased potential for leaking and safety hazards.

Gentleman Suess,

I would not recommend duct tape, unless you want to pay for
the repair.

I would hate to think an inspector would look at that mess and not know where to direct the buyer.

Duct tape.

WD-40.

If it moves and shouldn't - duct tape.

If it doesn't move and should - WD-40.

This was most definitely ment as a humorous post. A couple, however, have provided some very good "boiler plate" that I'll cut and paste into my report software.
