This structure is a local older manufactured home. I can’t tell if these are an older style of joist hangers ment for rough cut lumber, or they site made them.
Looks like a hanger for rough sawn lumber to me.
Probably trying to address a stinky yard. Would have been better to just extend the vent up a foot or so to see if that helped.
That is a roof deck material and I am guessing that it was used only as a form deck for the concrete and it is properly reinforced and tied to the wall. Half fast job that needs to be replaced and done properly, without doubt.
This was upstream of a fourteen unit fifteen meter occupied residential apartment. All power for all fourteen units goes through this breaker:

The house I did this morning has 80PSI pressure.
I found the shower head amusing. Sorta like a Falcon 7. It actually hurt to put my hand in that and it wasn’t even hot yet.
Wow, let’s make it a pain in the ass for everyone else to protect a few adults from themselves and unsupervised children. I mean who cares that the microwaves only last 5-10 years nowadays.
