Month and a half after installation of the new water heater. Anyone care to list all the defects with this one?
My first question was were they trying to feed a water heater or a sub panel?

It’s amazing how many people don’t know how to properly install shims. Thin end-thick end-thin end-thick end etc.
No, I think you’re misunderstanding what you’re seeing here.
Julius “Pinhead” Schlabotka, Mighty Mouse’s biggest rival uses a shim gun. He finally was able to get Might Mouse. After the electricity cooked the poor little feller, all that was left was his family jewels.
I am fully aware of what was posted, sometimes it’s hard to read sarcasm.
Plumber missed the mark installing this gas line just a teensy bit…
But hey, at least steel plates were installed…
Then out to the garage…
Through all of the trusses…
Then down the exterior wall…
Man, that is bad…
It’s so unusual for a plumber to destroy framing like that. The patching with sheet metal is a nice touch.
I thought so too. Not sure why they routed the piping the way they did. The room where it ran through the floor was set up to be a laundry room. Couldn’t get below to see what else was going on.
That’s one of the reasons I don’t want them…upper denture.
I guess some of them look like that.
Knock, knock…
You are inspecting the slums of a neighborhood somewhere?
One way to backfill the pool…
Owner passed away & place has been vacant for 6 months.
It smelled pretty nasty inside.
The roof was in OK shape
Looks like Gene Hackman’s place
