The people I worked for in Texas made me run rope like that. It took a little longer ,but I was proud to be a part of it.
It really does not take much longer. 10.000 sq. ft. might take a total of 48 man hours extra to do it pretty like Joes pic.

I take pride in my work as well but I surely would not go to this extreme.....too time consuming for something that is going to be covered anyway. Not bashing the job...it is top notch.....just wondering how much longer it took to do it and if it was covered in the cost.
