New NACHI member (1st post!) who’s been trying to navigate the PA licensing reqs himself. After landing here first, trying to find similar answers as the original poster, I wanted to share what has at least been helpful in my understanding of PA requirements, including suggested ways to approach the requirements for 100 inspections for licensure in our great Commonwealth. For anyone reading this in 2025/26, I would suggest searching the forums for a few conversations related to PA licensing that took place in 2003-2005. Nick Gromicko (who I understand is Ben Gromicko’s brother. You’ve likely seen Ben already in your SOP video) has some posts that give suggestions about ways to navigate the aforementioned 100 inspection requirement.
I would start by reading through this linked forum post for a little history and some understanding: Pennsylvania . It has the post from Nick I am referring to, but you should really read the whole forum for a better understanding of the law and how it is written.
I will also say that I’ve found answers to most of my questions so far after doing a little digging around the forum and the Nachi website. Research is such an important component of success! If you are feeling stuck, I would encourage some research and reading, as the organization really strives to make resources available to its members that will help them be successful.
