3-Day in Denver

Nick,

Thanks for bringing Mike Nelson to Denver for 3-Day Commerical Inspection instruction . . . great class, extremely informative, fantastic instructor . . . it’s on the right track . . . and a GREAT help in kick starting your commerical inspection side of business . . . just have to come up with a better name now, just don’t think my HouseNspect company name will go over well . . . Mike is just a great instructor, thanks again Nick for all you do.

If you have signed up for the next course, what’s stopping you?

www.nachi.org/comden.htm HOT PICS in the links at the bottom of that page.

Thats not fair Nick. You cut me out of the picture. Or did i brake your camera?

See me tomorrow morning and get a pic with me. Mike Nelson was trying to charge $10 for a pic with me, but we’ll hide from him when we take it.

After this 3 day class are we considered Certified Commerical Inspectors?

Mike told us that there’s no lisensure for commercial inspection in any state. That means no formal certification process, so aside from a certificate of completion of a three day comercial inspection class, it seems to me that certification is in the eyes of the beholder.

It was a great class. Nick and Nachi are rockin’, as usual.

Appears that everyone’s having a fantastic learning experience.

I’m looking forward to the New York course.

Yeah, Mike Nelson (instructor) is a pretty accessible guy, good humored, enthusiatic and knowlegeable. The more you can learn before the class, better your questions will be. It was fun to have someone with a lot of experience willing to answer anything he could, which was a lot.

Great course. I highly recommend it to anyone that can attend. Lots of good knowledge, and even some info that will be used in the Home inspection biz.

The class was great. Mike was great. If you’re paying attention, he’ll teach you alot more than “just about commercial inspection”!!

Nick - You work your TAIL off for us and the NACHI organization. I know you were up at 3:00 AM working while the rest of us were sleeping off our three days of eight hour classes!! Take a day off, will ya?

Thanks for truly being on our side - Alan

Thanks. As soon as the course was over I flew to Milwaukee where I am about to speak at http://www.nachi.org/milwaukee.htm

For those who are considering branching out into the Commercial side of the inspection business, don’t pass up the opportunity to take this course… Besides the price being very reasonable (thanks to NACHI), the instructor form ITA, Mike Nelson did a FANTASTIC job presenting the material.

More proof that NACHI in one of the most forward thinking and powerful ASSOCIATION in the US and Canada. Thanks Nick, Mike, and Kaplan Schools for a job well done.

Nick,
I said $500.00 per picture, $10.00 is wayyyyy to cheap

And by the way, I am a member, what’s with the stupid red line above???

Got in late last night. Still pretty tired so I will be breif.

Great course, I highly recommend it to all.

  • Mike was a great instructor, learned a lot.
  • 2 huge manuals to take home packed with info.
  • Great food (lunches) provided by Inspectvue.
  • Excellent snacks and treats provided by Nick.
  • Canadians given the book “Inspect and Protect” by Keith Swift FREE
  • Free Home Owners Hand Book from The NACHI store.
  • Its was great to meet our fellow American inspectors
  • Got to see and climb up a mountain BEAUTIFUL BREATH TAKING
  • JUST DID A ROUGH ADD UP AND I FIGURED I SAVED APPROX BETWEEN $1100 to $1400 DOLLARS BY BELONGING TO NACHI AND BY GOING TO DENVER, COMPARED TO WHAT IT WOULD HAVE COST IF I HAD TAKEN IT UP HERE THRU THE OTHER PLACE.
I know I am leaving stuff out, there was just so much.

I would post pictures but my digtal camera quit so I had to resort to a film camera.

THANKS TO NICK, LISA, MIKE and ALL involved for a GREAT time and learning experience.
