I had a call from a realtor I did a house for last month. He said the insurance company wanted info on the electrical, furnace, roof and plumbing. When they were updated and things like that. I gave him all the info, “he wasn’t able to open up my emailed report”.

It sounds like the insurance company got there 4 point inspection info for free!! ![eusa_doh.gif](upload://has2a0g32D0AAlDjAwVcrg3HnhX.gif)
