I’m going to be getting my Home Inspection license in Maryland. I’ve just completed the required “in class” training through ICA. I’ve also been doing the INTERNACHI courses and taking the tests. I’m at the point where I’m consistently scoring in the low to mid 80’s on the INTERNACHI test. I’ve also been doing the INTERNACHI flash cards (which are GREAT).
Any advice for taking the national exam? (required by Maryland)
I used the National Exam study guide. About $30. There were quit a few questions from there on the test. I also keep taking the InterNACHI exam. I looked over all my course material.
Thanks for the feedback Peter… PSI (who will be administering the National Exam) offers “practice questions” but it’s like $50. Not sure if that’s worth it…
