That’s all I wanted for Christmas, but I ask for your prayers instead. As many of you know I am battling both Lymphoma/Leukemia (blood cancer) and Adrenal Cancer (kidneys). It’s a tough fight for sure. Well to top it off my former Cardiologist was wrong and my new Cardiologist has me on several different medications. It looks like I have something called blocked coronary arteries and I am really close to having a heart attack and stroke (something called A-fib). I just finished a 4 hour stress test, have a 2 week Holter monitor on and have to have more blood work done on Friday.

I am a fighter and I’m not giving up, but every prayer helps. I am so happy seeing the joy from you newer Inspectors (kinda reminds me of a younger me, with InterNACHI). To be completely honest the InterNACHI staff and it’s members, have gave me hope and gave me a reason to keep living.

I am honored to have been a Proud InterNACHI members for right at 10 years. I will die an InterNACHI Home Inspector, but hopefully that will be many, many years in the future.

I wish everyone of you a very Merry Christmas and a blessed 2020. Without a doubt InterNACHI is the very best association for Home Inspectors. I wouldn’t be Michael Wayne Altizer without being a Home Inspector. It’s been a way of life for me ever since January 1996. Tears are feeling my eyes as I type this message, knowing that some of you are fixing to experience a life that I’ve loved for so long. Never forget the meaning behind Christmas. You all stay safe and I am praying for you and the Association that has been so good to me for a decade.
