The graphic is incorrect because the 36" measurement is from the edge of the basin not the vanity top.

210.52(D) Bathrooms.

I would change “all receptacles” to “all bathroom receptacles” should be on a dedicated 20 amp circuit.

All receptacles can be interpreted as each receptacle in a bathroom requiring its own circuit, which is how I interpreted it when I first read it.

There is no requirement for the bathroom receptacle to be on it’s own circuit. It might be a good idea but it is not required. The bathroom receptacle is required to be on a 20 amp circuit that only feeds bathroom receptacles in any or all bathrooms or on a 20 amp circuit that only feeds the loads in a single bathroom.

I agree.

Except for a jet tub receptacle, which should be on its own GFCI dedicated circuit. But those receptacles are normally out of sight under the tub, so I’m not sure if it would be considered a bathroom receptacle in this instance.

210.52 (d)

(D) Bathrooms. At least one receptacle outlet shall he
installed in bathrooms "ithin 900 mm (3 ft) of the outside
edge of each sink. The receptacle outlet shall he located on a
wall or partition that is adjacent to the sink or sink countertop,
located on the countertop, or installed on the side or face of
the sink cabinet. In no case shall the receptacle he located
more than 300 mm (12 in.) helow the top of dtc sink or sink
countertop. Receptacle outlet assemblies listed for usc in countertops
shall he permitted to he installed in the countertop.

Yes other equipment (hydromassage tubs, electric heat, etc.) may require its own individual branch circuit(s) and cannot be on with the 20 amp bathroom branch circuit.
