Anyone can have it. That is actually my house (over a hundred years old). I was remodeling an enclosed back porch/laundry room and came across this in the wall. I remember what he got cooked. The odor on the back porch was horrible and I knew there was a dead rodent somewhere. I even took the dryer apart thinking he was in there. Three years later, I finally found him.
