We have been discussing this in the Members Only forum. Seems that the Governor’s office and a local news paper reporter are presently looking in to the fact that the present Chairman also happens to be a real estate broker, which could be a conflict of interest under the existing law that separates real estate brokers and agents from the home inspection process.

This was the a$% that told NACHI that every educator/trainer we have would have to travel to Massachusetts to appear before him personally before NACHI’s continuing education offerings would be accepted by his corrupt board. 1 down.

We are filing a suit against every board member personally as it is unconscionable to require only NACHI educators to travel to Mass and appear in person just to get our education offerings accepted. The board has no NACHI members on it, so the judge will quickly figure out what is going on here. We already are deposing other approved education providers to demonstrate that each of their trainers were suspiciously not burdened with the task of having to each appear in person.

Damn right you do. I'll be waiting for those BIOS, Nick. I already sent Joe F. an email, telling him to give me a heads up when the Convention educators are chosen.
The next Massachusetts board meeting is September 14. Let's meet this deadline, Please.
