I have final phase inspection tomorrow, I’ll see if the device is installed.
What I meant by “I was surprised by that comment” was that I was surprised that the installer would not leave my house until the anti-tip was on, when I find them many time on new constructions in the drawers because the builder leaves it up to home owner to install or not.
But heck, we have all seen worse
