I have a double wide manufactured home not too far from my office.
I’m between Gainesville and Lake City not far from I 75.
The inspection is tomorrow morning at 10 am.
If I don’t get a ride along I’ll have to do the flippin’ thing by myself… And I don’t want or need it.
I was going fishing in the gulf, but figured someone may want to ride with a CMI.
I know it is very hard on the new inspectors to get some decent field work.

What I see happening in the industry today is season inspectors not willing to share with the new guys. That isn’t right!
You might have to travel some distance away (fifty miles, or so) because sadly many inspector feel that the would be training their competition locally.
I know that Roy is way north of fifty miles.
As a footnote: We, my bride and I, used to come down to Bonita Springs into Spanish Wells to help my in-laws take care of their home and get a couple weeks or month break from the snow of northern MI in late December or February for many years, until they passed on.
