I'm a new inspector looking to ride along

Hey everyone. I just passed my Florida state exam and processing all my paper to get my certificate. Im hoping to be in business by the end of the month but I would like to see if anyone would be willing to let me ride along with them and show me some pointers. School only gives you information but not the life scenarios of being a home inspector. I live in Citrus County so maybe within a few hour drive would be fine and I can be your helper, I will buy lunch. Please let me know if you are willing to help a brother inspector. Thank you

Hi William,

I work mostly in The Villages area. Looks like you are about an hour away. You can ride along with me if you want. I typically do 2-3 inspection appointments a day. If you’re still interested send me an email at john@lshi.co

You guys looking for ride alongs can also contact some CMIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, of your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring.
