Anyone charging 700 to 1000 dollars per inspection?

The only difference behind the CMI and CPI designation for just about everyone on here is the refusal to pay $1,000.00 for the use.

Yes, but you receive your annual check from Nick for $1,500.00 to go towards it.

Yes it is.

So why haven’t you taken advantage of his generosity??

Because I don’t believe in buying a designation. Why haven’t you?

Because I don’t believe in buying a gimmick that tries passing itself off as a designation!

I can’t remember the name of the company/website from a few years ago that tried extorting home inspectors into paying them to be listed on their site. If you did not pay, you were shown as not verified or trusted and customers should use one of the inspectors listed. Not sure if they are still around or not. Really no different than when the BBB calls to congratulate you on earning the ability to be accredited. You just have to pay to be listed with the honor.

After that statement, not chance in hell.

I’d prefer you went away.

It’s ok I’m just a food driver.

It’s honorable work and I recommend you stay in that career field.

Depends on what is being inspected. I start at $450.00 plus taxes, for a condo and go as high as over $1,200 for some residential properties.

Nice! So what about a 2500 square foot house built in 1993? No ancillary services.

So basically $199 to $550 in US Dollars!!
