According to the InterNACHI® Continuing Education Policy (Continuing Education (CE) Policy for InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors), all certified inspectors must pass InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination every three years to maintain their certification.
InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination is completely free, and you can take it as many times as you like. It consists of 120 questions that are randomly generated from a much larger (and constantly evolving/expanding) pool of questions. This means that each time you take the exam, it will be completely unique.
