This is from a manufactured home with an attached garage. The garage was put on at a slight angle to the house. I am not crazy about how they overlapped the shingles on the “valley” side. Seems like a good place for moisture entry. What do you guys think?

I know that you don’t typically weave architectural shingles but in this case, weaving the shingles may have been the best choice.
Have to agree. That lifted shingle photo may write it’s own book at some point. Appears they didn’t want to “seam” the front side for appearance, although it might would have not mattered, but better than it is.
