Attorney contact?

Has anyone else been contacted by an attorney to provide faulty wind mitigation inspection reports for evidence in a pending lawsuit against the re-inspection agencies?

If so, do you plan on helping them with their cases?

Here is the e mail I received:

I do not see in that message where they are requesting you to provide faulty wind mitigation reports.

There is more to the e mail, but that is confidential.

This is a big can of worms,Pandora’s box,Witches brew and anything else you want to call it.

My guess is that ID will not go down alone.

I would agree, but, since we all know there are problems with these inspections and the manner in which they are conducted, shouldn’t that be brought to light?

The issue for me is that I don’t like A) Having any more grief/aggravation added to my life, and B) Don’t like doing these inspections and having to deal with the BS that comes with it.

I agree. I just hope if you do this it will be mostly positive.

are they paying for expert testimony?

I sent them questions/comments.

They haven’t sent me anything back.
