Hi Charles,
I am not sure that you know what you are looking for as here in Ma the 1st 25 inspections have to be under "the direct supervision" of an existing full license holder, which effectively means that you will have to be working as either a paid employee or a sub contractor to be covered on the senior inspectors E&O, as you cannot perform an inspection (for the purpose of real estate transfer) with out E&O.
