Joe we had our first meeting her in Oklahoma last night. However i’m allready thinking about the next one and i would like to try and get you down here to teach a class like the one you did for the Blatimore chapter. I will be getting with you and Nick on when we can schedule it.

This image was discovered by one of my students a few years ago and he too was a Home Inspector.

He told me that when he asked about this "extension cord" that the owner said it was used to save batteries? What do you mean he asked?

We float our portable TV on a raft in our pool so we can plug it in and watch the games!
