True. But those will be overturned. You can’t convict someone of 34 felonies for committing 34 misdemeanors, long after the statutes of limitations expired, after having the judge allow irrelevant detailed testimony regarding sex acts (nothing to do with record keeping) and then instructing the jury that if a few find him guilty of some charges and not others, they can combine those votes with the votes from other jurors who find him guilty of other charges but not of those (lol, that’s not how it works).
So since those are getting overturned anyway, the pardon would go a long way to showing this wasn’t about election influencing. It would also pull some independents his way. And finally, I think it would rattle Trump, kind of like icing a field goal kicker just before he walks on stage after practicing lines regarding his prosecution for weeks.
It’s all a farce. But the Anti Trumpers don’t care.

Biden could influence the NY governor to pardon him on the convictions. I for one would be fine with a pardon in this case on the falsifying business records convictions.
Not sure I would be on board for pardoning the election interference crimes though.
“11,780 votes are all we need” recorded on tape trying to sway the GA officials. It’s there, the officials all being Republicans, stood their ground and pretty much told him to “fuck off”. I do have applaud them for not backing down.

Yeah, I have no tolerance for any politician who tries to circumvent a legal election. That is one thing we simply should not tolerate in this country.

The problem being, he simply broke the Georgia law in trying to influence the election results, but his lawyers are emptying their pockets, or should I say his, to stall and delay the trial. The facts of the case are there, a grand jury said a case was there, and like the Federal Docs case…delayed, delayed, delayed. It’s going to catch up with the prima-Don-a before he realizes it.

Oatmeal For Brains would never pardon Trump as it takes away from the distractions for his own crime family operations. Oatmeal For Brains may not have the ability to pardon Trump for State level fake prosecutions but he sure as hell had the power to significantly influence them to stop and not pursue it. Of course if he did then the Fake News would not have anything to report other than the Biden Crime Family activities and they can’t have that now can they.
