IREP??? The entity is formed, we have brokers joining, most of the legal work has been done (not all of it in some states), we have about 300 CE approvals for agents, the trademarks have been filed but (not awarded yet). Conservatively, we’re looking at about 4 years before rolling full blast. We’re pretty much on schedule though. The next announcement will be all the I.P. procurement, which I hope comes in by the end of the year.

I have one of the larger brokers in the U.S. already on board. Last we spoke (and he lost some agents since then as they all have) he had tens of thousands. That puts us at critical mass, financially.
