Observed these stains on the interior of a log home in N. Florida - area was dry at time of inspection and nothing popped on thermal - the exterior areas appeared to be well sealed and no obvious deficiencies were observed at the exterior.
It almost appears to be water/liquid that was driven through the logs? Or is it some type of tar like/caulking substance?
If anyone has ever seen anything like this or has any ideas - please let me know!
