The bonding jumper on this service panel was a piece of 14awg wire. Doesn’t seem right. Shouldn’t the main bonding jumper be the same size as the grounding electrode conductor? :-k
Generally, you should expect the bonding jumper to be the same size as the GEC. There are exceptions where 14AWG may be sufficient, but I don’t believe this is one of them.
The panel listing should list the required size. Short of that, I would expect to see 6AWG or better, and would have no problem calling this out for verification.
