Nick has just sent to the printers a book about the home inspection industry.

Take a look. Nick has agreed to donate all proceeds to The NACHI Foundation.

I have to wonder something here either know one else has seen this thread? Or know one thinks that Nick can write a book that is worthy of buying? Or know one wants to help out the foundation and get a good book to read and a tax deduction? Or maybe i’m the only one that fell for this pitch and threw away $85.00. So can i get a response from you guy’s? Maybe i can get a response from Gary or Nick on this. icon_eek.gif

You all know me. You all know NACHI. We barely ever charge for anything let alone overcharge our own members for something… but in this case I confess that we are overcharging members for this book in an effort to support the NACHI Foundation. NACHI offers so much else for free that I trust we’ll be forgiven.

I just submitted my order for the book.

I have complete faith that Mr. Gromicko’s book will be helpful, educational, and informative.

And being able to help the NACHI Foundation is a wonderful ancillary benefit!

Does anyone know if the "Unibind" copy is still being offered in advance of the hardcopy edition?

Thanks,

Ron

Unibind copies available after attorney Joe Ferry signs off on his review. He is flying in from his home in Philadelphia, PA to our offices in Colorado where he will be working for NACHI for a full straight month. I expect him to finish his work on the book by Monday. Members will get the Unibind copy as fast as possible, then after we hear member’s comments and make any last changes, it will go to commercial print. Members who ordered the book will then get a second commercially printed version at no charge.

No member's credit cards were processed yet, and won't be until the second version goes to print.

We oddly got many more orders from non-member than members (I guess my guys have heard enough of me ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ). I feel that we clearly stated in the following link that the book is not for sale to non-members and so we destroyed non-member orders without notification.

Nick,

Thanks for providing all the latest information regarding your book's production schedule.

Just one question left unanswered - Are you providing autographed copies of the book to those who ordered?
After all, you might be famous some day, and we can cash in on that fame.

In fact, you are mighty famous for a janitor already!
