Bowing wood paneling dirt foundation falling in,
Home owner says it was a dug out basement
He is now fixing wall digging out dirt and putting in a
Presure treated retaining wall, putting dirt back.

He left me a small circle to see the foundation 3 feet back from the bowing area? what the heck;-)
