I came across a Bradford White 80 gal Hot Water heater yesterday with serial # AD4496534. The chart I have indicates it to be manufactured in 1984 the owner says it was replaced last year. Can “A” also indicate 2004? Thanks Bob

Bob,

No problem! I am soooo glad we are now able to post pdf files. It really makes sharing information so much easier and quicker.

Dennis,

That’s the same chart I have taped to the back of my clipboard. Problem is, I didn’t realize until the other day that it only goes up to 2003. Apparently it just starts over again. Most of the HW heaters I inspect are older. BW
