Bradford White water heater

Recently inspected a house with a gas Bradford White water heater, model MI403S6EN12, serial # YA0778553 Dash number 130 - capacity 40 gallons.


The label was not legible beyond that info and I am checking to aee if anyone can tell mw what year it was manufactured.
