The version sent by Brinks is the last line in my standard agreement (not intended to be the latest Tom Clancy production) and has been approved by both my lawyer and Brinks.
You asked me to post it so I did.

I asked you to post it to show that your statement about mine being the same as Brink’s was incorrect.
I did not say identical and verbatim - I confirmed that it was the same as the one that Brinks sends out standard with their info.
They mean the same thing…
Did you really want to get into a silly semantic argument? I thought you were too busy for that.
If they are the same, I suggest you use my wording… read them side by side to understand why.
I meet with Brinks today. The program is a simple as they say it is. I will not go down the warranty road. To many people think they are 90 day open check books. I will give the $15.00 I get from Brinks and give to an injured serviceman Charity
Nice move, Carl.
Nick, you must be very proud!!!
You took that generic legal release that few will ever read at the bottom of an inspection agreement, added a couple of words, and made it at least 15 % better.
Congratulations… really, stellar work!!!
