What Physical Assets are included in the sale?
There is a van and misc tools with a value of the $27,000 listed on the FF&E.
LOL.
It’s a one man shop. It has no real value beyond the tools. .
For a fraction of the asking price, a person could just open up a new shop and buy enough advertising to get going.
