Buzzing in Electric Panel

I ran across this yesterday. I heard a buzzing in an electric panel and it seems to be coming from 1 or 2 breakers. My thought is the breakers are going bad. I recommended an electrical contractor further evaluate. Has anyone else run across buzzing in a panel? The panel was a Siemens.

Could be bad breakers, but it may also be an arcing connection. In any event, it should be deferred.

Yes it is representative usually of a loose hidden connection on the Hot bus bar or the breaker is failing.

Were they AFCIs?

The buzzing was not on an AFCI breaker.
