California Association of REALTORs requiring home inspectors to take education and have E&O insurance

Sounds like the fox guarding the henhouse! Tell me that isn’t a conflict of interests.

Well, it’s been almost two years, and no changes.

Per the California Association of Realtors site, an Igo certification is more important than an InterNACHI certification.

Are you really going to let California say Igo is superior to InterNachi?

I guess I have to care again.

CAR accepts InterNACHI certification to participate and has since week one of the program.

Too many inspectors in Florida? Or was it the high humidity and hurricanes? :stuck_out_tongue:

Neither one.

Yes, but the website heavily implies IGO is the preferred and superior certification.

And multi-inspector firms are required to contact Igo to sign up.

Do you really want agents to think Igo is superior to InterNachi?

He just missed us.

Definitely not that, lol. It is good to be home and back to normal inspection items.
