Cedar logs for posts

Did this inspection yesterday. The builder used cedar posts for structural piers. They are on concrete, they feel solid at this time. The pictures are of the “treehouse”. There is also a deck on the main home built the same way. I know that we can’t determine what is going on inside the posts(rot,W.D.O.) The whole structure was well built. I couldn’t find any complaints other than some erosion around the footings. How would y’all write this up? Are the untreated posts an issue? Would you recommend further inspection? Like I said if this was built with treated lumber or masonry piers I wouldn’t think anything of it. image|375x500
