Need some help. I entered the wrong first name for a customer and created a user name for them. Can anyone help me with how to delete this user name and create a new one before I upload the report. TIA
A few ways to do this, including deleting the HG user and creating a new one; but that’s a problem if you’ve already tied their email address to a user name.
The simplest way is to upload the report with the “wrong” name, then click the user name from the online HG dashboard and edit the data. You can do this as long as the user hasn’t logged in yet.
And of course, change the name in the software on your PC, which doesn’t automatically change the uploaded info.
