I misspelled their name when entering user name. Is there a way that I can change it? It says make new, I say yes, then says cant change because already exists.
After you upload the report, go to your uploaded reports on homegauge.com, find the report with the customer listed. To the right of the customer’s name is their HomeGauge Username. Click on the HomeGauge Username. This will take you to another screen called: Customer Account Info. Look mid way down the page for “Edit Customer Info”, and click on it. The next screen that opens will allow you to change the user’s online account information. Note that this editing is only available if the user has not yet signed in – in this case, editing should be available.
