When I worked at Anderson windows we used cups, suction to pick up the glass, that pattern looks the same

Strange that its between, that should have been called out at the factory, WARRANTY

House was built in 1987. Pretty much all the windows in the house are shot, failed seals.

Are they Anderson’s

Not sure on brand.

If Anderson’s the should still be under warranty, I guess regardless still a defect

What’s the warranty time for Anderson’s?

I just texted my Brother, he’s a big shot there, so hold on

Good luck with Andersen warranty! I had a patio door frame (400 series) fail but I did not find out in time (10 year warranty), it was 12 years old. The inner wooden core rotted because of design defect (the new frame had a redesign). Andersen knew of the design defect and still would not honor the warranty on the frame ($350). That’s how Andersen (shamefully) stands behind their products! So anyone that spews their warranty BS, don’t spew it to me  Better hope you notice the problem within their warranty “window” and have all the original receipts or they’ll find something to use as an excuse not to honor it.

When you know people, you don’t need warranty

Something else, they always blame the installers

I had a brand new windshield once that when the sun hit it right, you could see a full hand print. The auto glass company determined it was on the laminate film between the layers of glass. Apparently they had several windshields returned for the same reason. LOL.
