Yes Gordon, I’m not following you either.
Misspelled sheet. Like a cheat sheet that would have all of the required clearances in one place. Like font and side of toilet, front of panel box, combustible distances, etc

Robert makes a good point. Make up one and share it. Many of these types of references have been done by other inspectors or other parties like us …Like the invaluable Cheat Sheet (website) that has been made available to determine age of HVAC and Water Heaters like at https://www.building-center.org/ invaluable resource that I use almost every day…And I try to kick them some funds for their website every year to say thank you.

Put a graphic in your narrative and reference it during your inspection on your mobile device while working on the report. Easy peasy.
