I put my own email address in the homeowner’s newsletter and get it every month with no problem. However every client I’ve added, it tells me they were successfully added, but they are not. When I go to the manage subscription page, I am the only email on the list. I have added my wife several times, but she never gets it and it doesn’t show up on the manage page. What am I doing wrong?
What software/platform are you using?
If you paid for it, can you contact that company for support?
If it’s freeware, can you google the issue?
Im talking about the free one offered through Internachi. The one I get to my own email is great, im just not sure why addresses I add do not stick?
