CMI's on Agent Office Vendor Lists

Laziness to begin with! People just don’t want to be bothered. Also, they think it is governments job to take care of it. That’s why they pay their taxes isn’t it?

Obviously, there are a few of us here that have no problem speaking our minds. Too bad this nation is turning into a bunch of p*ssies… err… wimps! We deserve everything we create for ourselves!

This is the typical way a bully thinks and reacts
They are always right .

If you are not going to point fingers than how do you call out the inspector for what he is? Most of these inspectors do not frequent any message boards. I use to call out really bad inspectors in my area, all the time. Now, I have found it is easier to befriend these inspectors for the hope of some of them might listen to me and become more professional. I still call out a few, because some inspectors will not listen. By representing the other side, you can make them realize they do not know what they are talking about. Sometimes being made a fool of is all that it takes. And some are just too dumb to help in any way.
It is not a crime to be a lowlife scumbag. NACHI will not kick a member out because he is a lowlife scumbag. In my experience, most Realtors will refer a lowlife scumbag inspector. Lowlife scumbag inspectors will always be there. I just do not wish to play the Realtor game and I am doing fine without playing it. I will leave the lowlife scumbag inspectors to the inspectors who want to play the game with the Realtors. I see it like being along a river bank, if there are too many blood sucking mosquitoes, I get a boat and head for deeper waters.

Wrong definition. :stuck_out_tongue:

So which definition was the Moron from Missouri referring to??? He kan’t evun spel a simpel wurd rite. You no he ain’t usin ***that ***dickshunairy.

You should know ROY. You have had lots of practice.

The Poor Inspectors will not survive their first year…
They are of no concern and are not competition…
(good thing I am not running for president… lol…)

When I started out,
Nick Gromicko’s Inspection Company was my strongest and most aggressive competition…

all other companies combined…
were of no consequence…

Thanks for confirming just what sort of a person you are ,Still following me and my posts .
Too bad the truth hurts you so much .
I think their is no hope for Michael to ever grow up …

Roy, I could post numerous examples of your bullying here.

Would you like me to do that?

I can show you over a half a dozen poor inspectors in my area. My phone rings off the hook with their customer’s complaints. Some I know have been in business over twenty years. Realtors seem to love referring these guys. If they had to live off customer referrals, they would starve.

Something is Wrong in your Marketing…

If Potential (not likely) Clients are calling you AFTER THEY PURCHASE with Complaints about OTHERS…

,
than calling

to schedule Inspections with you…

HHhhhmmmm…

And I you …
But honestly Michel; lets pray it’s all over please.

If Roy would stop with his whining posts about other members it would all be over.

Get it?

You too.

There are hardly no certified inspectors in my area, except A$HI which most of those wear blinders when they inspect to keep the Realtors happy. Just call Dan Bowers, he gets asked to help defend these A$HI inspectors all the time, which I think he turns down most of the cases because some inspectors are too stupid too defend. Most Realtors will not refer me because several Realtors have said (and even in front of the buyers) that inspect a house like I am trying to find things wrong with it. It is kinda funny the some buyers will not want to pay my higher fee until there is a problem. I charge them good when they call me back after they did not use me the first time.
I got my marketing every where and people just find me. Lawyers and doctors seem to pass out my name on a regular bases. Mainly the rich people in my area like using me and do not care I am the highest price inspector in my area. I just finished a report for another billionaire, Monday. I never new Missouri had that many billionaires. That is how you stay busy in a rural area without having to deal with dishonest Realtors.

James, I am the same way. Most of my inspections are for professional atheletes, police officers, firemen, engineers, business owners, and other RE’s buying their own homes.

I rarely do homes anymore for the average home buyer, where most of the $199 guys get their business from.

Aim high. You may not get many inspections per month, but the dollars are good.

**Thanks Michael you have again confirmed that you are a Bully . **

What a poor way to go through life always threatening .

Time for you to grow up and act like a normal people do .
You should know by now** your intimidation** will not work with me .

Gary I find that it goes both ways. When someone wants a good inspection on a old home I get called. When someone wants an inspection on a new home I get called. The ones I don’t get called for are the “flip houses” as they know I am going to find fault with the installations and the Real Estate Agent uses the Inspected by AHJ before the walls go up or this was just installed by Certified this this and this so you don’t need an Inspection.

Back to Nate’s comment:

"He finds fire hazards the other guys aren’t even looking for. That’s easy…"

Nate, this is a prime example of how truly far off the mark you are. For a marketeer, you fail to note that the claims you make while marketing your services will KILL you in litigation. The above statement takes on a level of liability you could not possibly imagine. God forbid there was an issue which could be tied back to the inspector. Here in NY there is case law which crammed the protections afforded in the SOP, including verbiage found in the inspection agreement, and crammed them up the inspector’s butt, to the tune of multiple thousanda of dollars; and this was simply because the inspector advertised that he was a Code Certified inspector.

THIS is where I have problems with your posts, Nate. Not for the services of value you may provide, but for the mis-information you often spew.

Joe you keep telling us about these court cases???.
It might help a lot of Inspectors if you would please post some of these cases so I and others can see what you are talking about .

Thanks … Roy
