Note: They only listed NACHI and ASHI (only 2 national associations left) but not alphabetically, they listed them in order of greatness ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) .

For some reason people cut-out and save CNN articles like this. CNN also puts links on the top of the article which allows the reader to print it, email it, and save it electronically. These articles always have long legs (from what little tracking I have on them).

Nick, Thanks for the article, Seeing as how I live in Marin County and one of the realtors quoted is from here… well… I looked her up and shot her a quick e-mail on how I read the article and was interested in the fact that she too is interested in having sellers get a pre listing inspection.
To make this long story shorter she shot me back an e-mail and stating she was interested in seeing some of my brochures that I have targeted to sellers. They’re in the mail!!!

More coming. I’ve been working for 8 months with an author on a book about home inspections (geared to home buyers and buyer agents). It is expected to be a best seller and will be released in early 2005. The publisher is even going to have a purchase portal on NACHI.org. It will be in all the major book stores. Anyway, it advises the reader to use a NACHI inspector on every other page (OK, I’m exaggerating, every third page ). Anyway, I’ve already ordered 2,000 copies to be given out as door prizes at http://www.nachi.org/events.htm.
